Surety Agreement and Letter of Guarantee

A guarantee agreement is made with the contractor, a guarantee letter is prepared in which the employer is the beneficiary, and it is forwarded to the employer or a bank that the employer will accept.

In domestic urban transformation and real estate development projects, a guarantee agreement is drawn up with the housing company, and a letter of guarantee is issued in which the rightful owners and housing buyers are listed as beneficiaries.

Surety Agreement and Bank Guarantee Letter

If the employer abroad accepts a bank guarantee letter, a guarantee agreement is made with the contractor, this agreement is presented to the bank as a counter-guarantee, and a bank guarantee letter is prepared and delivered to the employer, depending on the additional guarantee agreement to be made with the bank.

Surety Agreement and Letter of Credit

A guarantee agreement is made with the exporter for the advances paid by the buyer abroad, and a letter of guarantee is prepared based on this agreement, in which the buyer is the beneficiary, and is forwarded to the buyer's bank.

If the buyer only accepts the bank letter of credit, a guarantee agreement is made with the exporter and this agreement is presented to the bank.

Depending on the additional guarantee agreement to be made with the bank, a bank credit letter is prepared in which the buyer is the beneficiary and is forwarded to the buyer's bank.
